Sh Valencia Palace Hotel

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location, just a short walk away from Turia Park and a bike ride away from the old town and beach. The staff at the entrance, reception, and bar were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The pool was great for a refreshing swim, and the large, clean rooms provided us with the comfort we needed after a long day of exploring. The wellness center was an added bonus for some much-needed relaxation.

Felt like part of the family, couldn't find anything to complain about.

During my recent stay at Sh Valencia Palace, I was thrilled with the convenient location near the Palau de la Musica and the old town. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and attentive, particularly the ladies in the Lobby Bar who made our experience enjoyable with their fun and friendly demeanor. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the cleaning staff were efficient and friendly. The selection for breakfast was impressive, ensuring we started our day off right. The drinks at the bar were also great value for money. I had a fantastic time at Sh Valencia Palace and would highly recommend it.

I was disappointed to learn that the swimming pool was covered and the roof terrace was closed during my visit. These were facilities I was really looking forward to using after a long day of sightseeing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to meet our requests. They even helped us order a taxi to the airport and allowed us to use the facilities after we checked out. The hotel itself was spotless and the rooms were spacious. The location was ideal, with easy access to the city center, the old town, and a variety of restaurants on Gran Via. We also enjoyed the tasty and reasonably priced drinks at the bar. it was an extremely enjoyable experience.

The free wifi was extremely slow and practically unusable. This was disappointing as it was advertised as a free service.

The breakfast buffet is extensive, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The rooftop pool is a great addition, allowing guests to relax and cool off during their stay.

The hotel's wifi system is unreliable and weak, making it frustrating for guests who rely on a stable internet connection.

This luxurious hotel fulfilled all my exclusive needs for a comfortable stay. the staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my visit. the spa and wellness center was a treat, offering a variety of beauty treatments, massages, and a sauna. the indoor swimming pool was relaxing, and the rooftop pool had breathtaking views. the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities, including in-room breakfast. the restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for enjoying drinks with friends. This hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious stay. Cons: the only downside to this hotel was the lack of beach access, although there were sun loungers available at the seasonal outdoor pool.

In the morning, the in-room breakfast was divine and the breakfast buffet was diverse with special diet options.

The hotel lacked some outdoor facilities such as a rooftop or seasonal outdoor pool. Although the bar area was elegant and convenient, the drink prices were a bit high.
